The Leadership Team members are elected by the chapter
and serve for a one-year term.
The team meets once
a month and decides on motions, donations and projects
to bring in front of the chapter at the monthly general meeting.
The team also chooses the recipients of the outstanding
Jaycee awards, specifically, Jaycee of the Month, Rookie of the
Month and Rooster of the Month.
