Letters from the Community:

“Thank you for your generous donation of $409.50. Our group had a terrific time volunteering at the Last Fling. We hope it was a great success for your club. You and your donation give hundreds of Bridge kids an opportunity to reach their full potential. Your generosity breaks the cycle of poverty that could have kept them from achieving their dreams! Thank you for being such a great friend to Bridge families. You are saving lives!”- Mark Milligan, Co-Founder, Bridge Communities

“Thank you so much for your generous and kind donation of $1,250 toward Inclusion Services. WDSRA greatly appreciates your partnership supporting children and adults with disabilities helping them have meaningful and productive days among their peers.” – Lanie Munzing, Special Projects Manager, WDSRA (Western DuPage Special Recreation Association)

“Thank you for your gift of $2,543.95 which will provide nutritous food to Loaves & Fishes Community Pantry, Naperville, a network partner of Northern Illinois Food Bank. Choosing between paying for food and paying for medicine is a challenge facing 62 percent of households who rely on Northern Illinois Food Bank’s network of community food pantries and feeding programs.” – Julie Yurk, President & CEO, Northern Illinois Food Bank

“On behalf of our neighbors in need, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for your generous donation of $413 to the West Suburban Community Pantry. Benefactors,, such as yourself, are truly helping us make a real difference in our ongoing mission to ensure that no one goes to bed hungry in our community and throughout DuPage County. I spoke to an elderly client recently that was stuck in a continuous bind month-to-month of being forced to choose how to best utilize her limited fixed income. She was overjoyed when she learned about the Pantry because it helped “bridge the financial gap” in her life. Your contribution helps build that bridge. Without our donors, those types of chasms might never be overcome; thank you again for your thoughtful support.” – Eric Gardner, Development Director, West Suburban Community Pantry
