Downtown Aurora host a free art walk on the first Friday of every month beginning at 5pm. Guest will be able to see local musicians and art work in a host of downtown Aurora businesses. Complementary beer, wine, and hors d’oeuvres will be served at participating locations along will free admission to the Aurora Fire Museum, SciTech, and History Museum.
They are also looking for volunteers on Friday, November 4th to pass out maps and brochures at their information desk. Those interested, should contact Bill Donofrio at (901) 461-2232 or email at [email protected].
Have your four-legged family members been naughty or nice this year? They better not pout. They better not cry. Because Santa Claus is coming to Two Bostons for pet pictures!
On Saturday, December 2nd stop by Two Bostons (2523 W 75th St, Naperville) between 12-3pm for an adorable keepsake that is sure to keep you smiling all year long. Donations collected at this event will benefit local hunger relief organizations through the Food Giving Committee.

Your help is needed to conduct an overnight count of the unsheltered homeless population from 10:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25th. Results of this overnight count will be sent to HUD to be used to continue grant funding to end homelessness in DuPage County.

We have partnered with the Northern IL Food Bank to provide a mobile pantry and nutritious foods to high need areas across the community. Food is provided FREE to low-income neighbors in need. It is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis as supplies last.

The Naperville Jaycees will participate at Feed the Need
on Saturday, Feb. 18th, 2017 from 12pm to 2pm.
Feed The Need!™ Illinois is an informal coalition of Naperville area churches, congregations, and civic organizations working together to sponsor an annual Feed My Starving Children MobilePack in Naperville, Illinois.
Feed The Need!™ Illinois was started by four Naperville Lutheran churches in 2011, and sponsored the first annual community MobilePack held in February 2012. 178,848 meals were packed by 1144 volunteers in 2 days, enough food to feed 490 children for an entire year. Realizing what an amazing and generous community we have – the challenge to increase the packed meal count began!
Volunteer registration begins on February 1st, 2017.

Taste of Hope- Volunteers Needed!
DuPagePADS is seeking volunteers their Taste of Hope event on Thursday, March 2nd at Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace to help raise funds to end homelessness in our community!
Most volunteer shifts start at 4:30 pm and run until 8:00pm. We ask volunteers to wear white shirts, black pants and comfortable shoes.
Volunteers will be provided with pizza, snacks, water and soda. They would love to have Jaycees sell “You Pick One” and Tuppence raffle tickets.

The Mt Prospect and Chicago Jaycees chapters would like to cordially invite our chapter to join them at the Cube Bar inside River’s Casino in Rosemont for drinks and gaming. They will be there on Saturday, March 4th from 8pm to midnight.
Join our friends in the Tinley Park Jaycees for philanthropy and fun at the Tinley Park 8th annual Brew and Wine at the Tinley Park Convention Center. Volunteers are needed from 4pm to 8pm on Saturday, April 1st. Those interested should contact Michael Christenson at [email protected]. For your participation, you are welcomed to stay and taste beer and wine ($33 value) for free until 10pm.
Family fun event! 14,000 eggs are “hidden” among the 4 ball fields at Frontier Park Sports Complex, divided by age groups. The age groups are: 0-2yrs, 3-4yrs, 5-6yrs, 7-8yrs. At 9:00 am, the horn sounds, and hundreds of kids/parents scramble across the outfields to get the eggs. Special prizes are available, as well as a visit from the Easter Bunny!
This is a FREE Community Event organized by the Naperville Jaycees, however, Donations are suggested. No reservations required.
Please try to arrive THIRTY MINUTES EARLY. Parking is limited and we wouldn’t want your child to miss the Easter Egg Hunting Festivities.
