Amazing Halloween Race @ Downtown Naperville
Oct 14 @ 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm

Come out and join us on Sunday, October 14th to compete in the race! This is a scavenger hunt around downtown Naperville where teams find clues, complete eating, mental and physical challenges, and compete to be the first to cross the finish line! This event is open to all participants, 18 yrs or older, and is made up of teams of 4. The cost is $25 per person (or $100 per team of 4) and it covers a t-shirt, race materials, and awards. Afterward, there will be a post-race party to announce the winners.

You can pay online or in person at the general membership meetings. We will not be accepting money on race day. Registration deadline is on October 7th 2018.

All are welcome to participate!

How does the Amazing Halloween Race work?

  • Teams of 4 will gather to receive a set of clues that lead to different locations.
  • At each location, you will need to answer questions to find the checkpoints.
  • Once at a checkpoint, the whole team must carry out the challenge.
  • Once the challenge is completed, you’ll be given the next set of clues to continue.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 teams to reach the final destination with the quickest time.

Sponsorship is available starting at $250 and gets your logo on back of the t-shirt.

Any questions please contact Veronica DeKruiff at 630-460-1996 or [email protected].

Parking is available at the Police / Public Safety building and across the street (east side of River Rd.) at the church. The show is on Thursday, February 21st at 7PM with a reception from 5:30 to 6:30 in the Grand Gallery Lobby. Tickets are $40 and include the reception, a ticket to the show, food, and 2 drink tickets to be used at the bar during the reception or during intermission. There is a limit of 2 tickets per customer – I hope everyone will bring a guest!

Tickets can be purchased online at the Paramount website.
***The first step is to enter the Promotional Code in the field on the upper-left hand side of the screen. The code to receive this special price is YP2019. If the code is entered correctly you will see a pop-up that says “Promotional Code was accepted” in a yellow box. Pick the date February 21st and select your seats. Please note, most, but not all, of the seats are at the $40 price (seating zone A is excluded from this deal). Once an account is created and the tickets are paid for with a credit card the tickets will be emailed to the buyer. The YPs can select main floor or balcony seating.

There is a limited amount of space for the $40 price and the reception so it benefits everyone to make a decision sooner rather than later. The Producers opens on Feb 9th – there will be a big surge of interest after the Opening so tickets will be that much more limited.
