An annual community favorite, the Jaycees purchase Life North Atlantic Lobsters at a great price and sell them to the community (live or cooked) at market value. This committee is in charge of buying lobsters from a vendor and pre-selling the lobsters to the community. On the day of the event, they cook the lobsters (with the help of other Jaycees) and deliver or coordinate pick-up from Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant. The committee also plans the post-party.
